Mom's Day Out

Fun gymnastics focused event that allows kiddos the opportunity to play, interact with others, and burn through some energy while parent's take some time to themselves during the day!

Age range 18 months - school aged 

Offered Wednesdays from 9:00-11:30am

Parent & Me Class

Bring your little one and assist them in growing in coordination, strength, and flexibility through the guidance of one of our trained coaches. Age range 18 months-potty trained.

Starting in the fall, our Parent and Me class will be Thursdays from 9:45am-10:30am

Cheer Pre-Team

Our Cheer Pre-Team is open to all interested in joining competitive cheer. This class is intended to prepare young cheerleaders for a future on one of our competitive teams. We will work on body shaping, specific skill drills, and learn proper technique for both jumps and stunts. Our Pre-Team cheerleaders will not compete in competitions as part of this class, but a competitive team will be formed from our pre-team cheerleaders for the next competing season. All ages and skill levels are welcome! 

Cheer Pre-team class is Thursdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Along with your enrollment, you will be able to take a tumbling class at your level for 2 classes per week. Tumbling class times are listed on the class schedule below.

Recreational classes are 55 minute classes and are available Monday - Thursday. They have lasting values such as:

  • Preparations for future school sports
  • Development of strength, flexibility, coordination and balance
  • Fun social interaction while achieving athletic goals

Ninja Class

55 minute class working on strength, speed, and body awareness. Our skill curriculum is comprised of a clever combination of gymnastics, tumbling skills, break dancing and obstacle course training. 

Recreational Tumbling Classes

BEGINNER TUMBLING:   Athletes work to achieve a strong foundation in the fundamental tumbling skills such as backward rolls, cartwheels and round offs.

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING:   Athletes work to achieve a back handspring on the mat without assistance while perfecting skills such as front walkovers and back walkovers.

EXCEL TUMBLING:   Athletes work to achieve standing back handsprings and round off back handsprings on the floor.

ADVANCED TUMBLING:   Athletes work to achieve back tucks, layouts and fulls as well as standing series and standing tucks.

All AAGI classes have on-going registration!

* Intermediate-Advanced requires approval from AAGI before registering online. We offer a free evaluation to help assist in proper class placement. 

Recreational Cheerleading Classes

In our recreation cheer & tumble class, athletes participate in a tumbling class for the first 55 minutes. During the last 20 minutes of class, athletes train cheerleading skills that are required at both school and competitive tryouts. Skills include motions, jumps, dance, chants and stunts. This class is perfect for athletes interested in trying out for cheerleading in the future, or for those who would like to perfect their skills. $11 a month to add a "cheer portion" to your tumbling class. 

AAGI does not prorate for holiday closings.

Recreational Gymnastics Classes

HOTSHOTS:   Geared towards children 5 & under, athletes are introduced to basic gymnastics skills in a fun and creative way, while gaining an understanding of body awareness, coordination, and comfortability in all gymnastics events. Hotshots reinforces safety, listening, and social skills through a fun and encouraging gymnastics class. 

BEGINNER GYMNASTICS:   Athletes work on basic gymnastic skills on the bars, beam, vault, and floor while working on balance, strength and flexibility.Perfect for kids over the age of 5 who are getting started in gymnastics. 

INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS:   Athletes progress toward more complex skills having accomplished basic skills.

EXCEL GYMNASTICS:   Athletes move to complex skills while understanding basic gymnastics terminology.
