The TOPS program, or the Talent Opportunity Training Program, offered to the 5 – 10 year old age group. Its focus is based primarily on the acquisition of physical abilities, strength, and flexibility. The top athletes are invited to attend additional regional and national testing each year. Training is complimentary to the USAG Competitive Program but athletes can compete in either and or both. TOPS team practice is held Monday - Friday from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
