Competitive team is offered for Levels 1-10 (Levels 1-5 Compulsory, Levels 6-10 Optional)
Morning and after school hours available for Pre-elite & Compulsory training
Hours range from 3-25 per week
Athletes will compete in local Texas competitions and in one out of state meet (Levels 3-10)

The Strength & Flexibility program is offered to the AAGI pre-team and team members. The focus is based primarily on the acquisition of physical abilities, strength, and flexibility. Training is complimentary to the USAG Competitive Program and will provided a strong base for the athletes as they progress through skills training. Summer training is offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 12:30-1:30 pm.
AAGI offers a comprehensive USAG Women’s Junior Olympic Training Program that includes USAG levels 1-10 Compulsory and Optional training, a Pre Elite track, and TOPS. All programs help athletes develop flexibility, agility, coordination, physical and mental strength as well as performance confidence. AAGI offers a low coach to athlete ratio ensuring an individualized and personal approach to your child's training.
